Privacy Policy for A&H Tech Studio Apps

Last updated: November 03, 2025

1. Introduction

A&H Tech Studio (“A&H,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) designs focused, privacy-first mobile experiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all of our applications (collectively, the “Apps”). We are committed to collecting as little data as possible, processing it transparently, and giving you control.

By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Apps. We may translate or localize this policy, but the English version governs to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Apps Covered by This Policy

This policy applies to the following experiences published under the A&H Tech Studio developer account:

Nutsplit

A global tip calculator and bill-splitting assistant. Processes bill values, currency choices, and preferences locally on your device.

Sumi Breathing

Breathing and mindfulness timers with minimalist visuals. Stores session settings and progress locally to tailor your routine.

FEARNOT

Gentle emotional support prompts. Any reflections you record stay on-device unless you choose to export them.

TickOtter

A playful productivity companion. Task lists, timers, and focus settings are saved locally for your convenience.

JPOKE

A pocket of creative utilities and inspiration. Saved items, collections, or experiments live on-device and are never uploaded to our servers.

If we launch new products, we will add them to this list and describe any relevant data practices before you start using them.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide On-Device

We design our Apps to function without creating accounts or collecting personally identifiable information. The information you provide—such as bill details, breathing durations, reflections, task names, or creative notes—remains stored locally on your device. We do not receive or process this content on our servers.

3.2 Automatic Diagnostics and Usage Analytics

To keep our Apps stable, we may rely on anonymized analytics and crash reports provided by Apple or optional third-party frameworks. These reports can include device type, operating system version, the feature in use when a crash occurred, and aggregated engagement metrics. We do not see your name, email, precise location, or any content you create inside the Apps.

3.3 Support Communications

When you contact us at ah_customer@yeah.net, we collect the information you choose to share (for example, device model, screenshots, or problem descriptions) solely to resolve your request. Email correspondence is stored within our support inbox and follows the retention practices of that service.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not ask you to create accounts or share personal identifiers such as your name, email, phone number, or address inside the Apps.
  • We do not request access to your contacts, calendars, photos, microphone, or precise location.
  • We do not store payment information. All purchases are handled securely by the App Store using your Apple ID.
  • We do not run advertising SDKs or sell user data to third parties.

5. How We Use Information

Any data we access is used to:

  • Deliver core functionality, such as calculating results, keeping timer progress, or saving your latest configuration.
  • Remember preferences (e.g., language, theme, breathing pace) so that the App opens ready for you.
  • Monitor stability, diagnose crashes, and plan feature improvements based on anonymous trends.
  • Respond to customer support requests and improve the clarity of our documentation.

We do not build personal profiles, track you across other companies’ services, or combine analytics with other datasets to identify individuals.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Local Storage

App data is stored securely on your device using Apple-provided technologies such as UserDefaults, Core Data, or encrypted Keychain entries where appropriate. Removing the App deletes locally stored data, though Keychain items may remain until you remove them through iOS settings or reinstall the App.

6.2 Optional Cloud Backups

If you enable iCloud backup or device backups in iTunes/Finder, your operating system may include App data in those encrypted backups. A&H does not access these backups; they remain under Apple’s control and your Apple ID credentials.

6.3 Security Measures

  • We follow Apple’s security guidelines and rely on the platform’s sandboxing model to isolate App data.
  • We periodically review dependencies to keep them up to date and patched.
  • We restrict internal access to any diagnostics to team members who need it to maintain the Apps.

7. Third-Party Services

We may interact with the following services while operating the Apps:

7.1 Apple App Store

Distribution, updates, and in-app purchases are fulfilled through Apple. Apple may process personal data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive raw billing details or payment card numbers.

7.2 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use Apple’s App Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or similar tools to understand stability and high-level usage trends. These tools aggregate data and strip away direct identifiers before we review reports.

7.3 Content or Utility APIs

Certain Apps (for example, Nutsplit) may call third-party APIs—such as currency exchange rate providers—to deliver current data. We transmit only the minimum information required to fulfill the request and do not share personal data with those providers. Please review the providers’ own privacy policies if you would like more detail about their practices.

8. Your Rights and Controls

8.1 Managing Your Data

  • You can clear saved content within each App using the in-app reset options (where available).
  • Deleting the App from your device removes locally stored data tied to that App.
  • You may disable analytics sharing in iOS at Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

8.2 Contacting Us

If you have questions about data handling, want to request deletion of support correspondence, or need clarification about a specific App, contact us at ah_customer@yeah.net. We will respond within three business days whenever possible.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please reach out so we can delete it promptly.

10. International Users

We operate from the United States and the People’s Republic of China, but our Apps are available globally. Because data stays on your device, use of the Apps generally does not involve cross-border transfers. Where analytics or crash reports are generated, they may be processed by the service provider in the jurisdiction where their servers are located. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, new regulations, or clarified language. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For significant updates, we will highlight the change in-App or on our website before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Apps after the effective date signifies that you accept the revised policy.
